Several years ago, the team at MV Advancements took a step back to ask, what defines us as an organization?

This question was daunting, to say the least. We were working through a global pandemic that had effects across the entire organization. Those effects brought rapid changes and evolutions in the services we provide and a lot of uncertainty for the future of MVA. Amidst that uncertainty, we knew one thing. If we were going to begin rebuilding, we had to set a foundation to build upon. That foundation became our Core Values.

MV Advancements has five Core Values

2. Be Your Best, do the right thing above all else
3. Let’s Try This, innovation in services
4. We are People People, having a passion for people
5. Pivot, adaptability and the ability to turn in a new direction.

These Core Values define us and we use them in every aspect of our work. They are what we build on. They are what holds us up. They will guide us into the future to ensure we accomplish our mission of empowering people to live their best lives.
