A regular full-time employee is a person who is regularly and consistently scheduled to work thirty (30) or more hours per week.

In order to attract, retain, and reward qualified people, we have implemented a formal pay structure to strive to ensure we pay competitive wages. Wage increases are influenced by:

  • An individual employee’s Performance Evaluation
  • Their years of service
  • Where the employee is within the pay range for their position
  • The financial abilities of our organization
  • Inflation

MV Advancements has a “Dress for your day” approach to the dress code. Are you providing job support in a warehouse or gardening capacity? Then your clothing is clean neat but ready to get dirty! Are you networking with other professionals to grow our network of business partners? Then you are going to reach for something on the business casual side of the closet. Providing in-home supports in one of our community or residential homes? Then you are dressing to move around in something comfortable, clean, and appropriate for a wide variety of tasks.
